Once approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns — we recommend using a trackable service
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
